This presentation showed delegates how to tune RedHat and
or SuSE so that ASE performs as best as possible.
The session looked at
the two major distributions that Sybase supports - RedHat and SuSE - and discussed
the differences between the two.
Also, running ASE on both was discussed
as well as how to tune ASE and the Linux Kernel so that you can maximize performance
on either flavor of Linux.
